Knowing the man behind Indian Paratha Company

When Nirmal Sandhu decided to start the Indian Paratha Company he had a singular vision of serving fresh, healthy and delicious food without any preservatives and artificial colours. He strongly feels that the entire experience of eating is a celebration and one that does not involve standing in line and eating out of paper boxes.

With modern lifestyles and processed foods contributing to health issues it becomes more important according to Mr. Sandhu, to eat healthy even if you find yourself on the highway! He looks forward to taking the concept of Indian Paratha Company across the country.

After receiving overwhelming response and appreciation by food lovers, the Indian Paratha Company management is now working on taking IPC’s premium dining model across India. For this, the management has taken the franchising route. As part of the expansion program, the management is franchising its brand in two formats.

Set up

Assistance in selection of best location for the restaurant, besides assisting in set up operations including designing of the restaurant

Supply & Sourcing

Assistance in cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and equipment like: ovens, coolers, freezers, cook tops etc. from trusted and reliable suppliers

Operations Manual

Providing Operations Manual containing mandatory & suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures and rules for running the franchise operations

Training

Conducting comprehensive training program on how to manage the business operations. Providing training to chef and the main staff prior to start of restaurant operations Conducting refresher training programs from time to time

Facilitation

The franchisees will benefit from ongoing R&D, menu development and enhancement and other market development initiatives taken by the restaurant management from time to time

Advertising

Organizing events specific to marketing & branding of IPC at regional/national level in association with franchisees, including participation in events and tie-ups with publications etc.
